Download the free RIR mobile app for a useful resource before and during race weekend


Expanding its commitment to the fan experience, Richmond International Raceway’s FREE mobile application launched today to conveniently bring essential race weekend information to your iPhone and Android devices.


The RIR mobile app is free and available for download on most Android and iPhone devices. Key features include:

  • Customizable schedule with information on all the important happenings taking place, so fans can personalize their race day schedules and receive reminder notifications for the events they want to attend
  • Interactive GPS facility map with search capabilities, giving fans the ability to find the nearest restrooms, places to eat, souvenir trailers and more
  • Ability to login to your social networking accounts to stay in the loop through RIR’s Facebook, Twitter and RSS News feeds
  • Detailed Midway and parking maps and seating charts
  • Google directions
  • First aid, Will Call and ATM locations
  • Connect with and locate friends at the race via “Friend Finder.”

Join us to celebrate 60 Years of NASCAR at Richmond International Raceway this season. Tickets are on sale now for the Saturday, April 28, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series 400 race, featuring Chesterfield, Virginia’s Denny Hamlin, reigning series champion Tony Stewart, Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and all of your favorite drivers.

The weekend begins on Thursday, April 26, with a doubleheader, showcasing the Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown Late Model race, as well as the Blue Ox 100 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race. The action continues Friday, April 27, with a full day of on-track activity, including the NASCAR Nationwide Series 250 race and practice and pole qualifying for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series.
