Richmond Raceway will open ticket renewals for the 2020 NASCAR season on Thursday, Aug. 15. Ticket renewals will be available for RICHMOND NATION Season Ticket Holders and fans who have only spring or fall tickets. Fans will have until Friday, Nov. 1 to renew, which provide an extended timeframe to pay off race tickets in full. Ticket holders will have multiple payment plan options to choose from, including the popular Half Now, Half Later.
On April 18-19, 2020, NASCAR comes to the Commonwealth of Virginia at America’s Premier Short Track for the eighth annual Toyota Spring Race Weekend. The NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series will compete “under the lights” as the annual Saturday night event over the Toyota Spring Race Weekend on April 18. This will be the first Gander Trucks race at Richmond since 2005. On Sunday, April 19, NASCAR’s best will compete for a spot in the playoffs in the TOYOTA OWNERS 400 Monster Energy Series race.
The NASCAR Cup Series returns to Richmond “under the lights” in September and brings the NASCAR Playoffs back to the Capital City. The Federated Auto Parts 400 is the second race of the first round in the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs on Saturday, September 12. The NASCAR Xfinity Series will crown its regular season champion on Friday night, September 11 at America’s Premier Short Track.
“The dedicated members of RICHMOND NATION are the foundation of Richmond Raceway as their support is what allows us to have such a tremendous impact in the region,” said Richmond President Dennis Bickmeier. “We have season ticket holders who have family and friends that have attended race weekends at America’s Premier Short Track for generations. It’s the relationship with the RICHMOND NATION community that will help us raise the bar on the iconic Richmond racing experience again in 2020.”
