Sr. Director of Ticket Sales & Consumer Marketing

James Hall, Sr. Director of Ticket Sales and Consumer Marketing is a native of Syracuse, New York and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina when he was 15 years old. He is the oldest of ten children.

Hall received his Master of Business Administration with a marketing concentration and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Wingate University in Wingate, N.C. Hall also played quarterback for the Wingate University Bulldogs.

Starting his career in sports, Hall worked with the Extreme Ice Center in facility management for three years, which was owned by Tom Logano, NASCAR driver Joey Lagano’s father. He got his first taste of sales and NASCAR working as a Race Information Specialist on race days at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Hall came to Richmond from Canton, Ohio, where he was the Director of Ticket Sales and Service for the Canton Charge, the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA D-League affiliate. In this role, Hall oversaw all functions related to season tickets including partial plans, group tickets, premium areas, and programs.

Hall began his career in professional sports as the Inside Sales Representative for the Charlotte Knights, a minor league baseball team affiliated with the Chicago White Sox in Charlotte, N.C. In this role, he sold ticket packages, including season tickets, partial plans, and group tickets.

James and his wife, Ashlee have been together since his sophomore year of high school, they have four children: Rylee, Makenzee, Jimmy, and Leland. The Hall Family lives in Richmond, Virginia with their two dogs, Bear and Rusty.
