As a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the nation as well as state and local health guidelines, we have taken actions to protect the safety of our fans, vendors and the stakeholders. The races originally scheduled for April 2020 were canceled, and the races scheduled for September 2020 will run without fans in attendance.
Please see below for ticket holder options for the September race weekend. Requests are now closed for the April race weekend, and all customers who elected for a credit have received a credit for 120% of their purchase price into their Richmond Raceway ticket account for the April race weekend. September Race Weekend:
It has been determined the NASCAR Fall Race Weekend on September 10-12 will run without fans. Ticket holders will automatically receive a credit for the full amount of their purchase, plus an additional 20% of the total amount paid, in their Richmond Raceway account within the next 5-7 days, the week of August 24. No action is needed to receive this credit. The credit can be applied to your 2021 Richmond Raceway renewal or a future race event in 2021 at a NASCAR-owned track. Q: At what other tracks can I use the event credit?
A: Ticket holders will receive a credit in their Richmond Raceway account within the next 5-7 days, the week of August 24. Ticket holders may use the 120% credit towards a future 2021 NASCAR-sanctioned event at any NASCAR-owned track, subject to availability.

A: Yes, the credit can be applied to your 2021 renewal.
Q: Can I get a refund instead of an event credit?
Q: How will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds will be processed back to the credit card used on the original order. Refunds could take a minimum of 60 days to show on your credit card. If tickets were purchased using another method of payment, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the ticket holder on file. Refund checks could additionally delay payment. Every effort will be made to expedite your refund.
Q: Can I get an event credit for my campsite as well?
A: Any paid admission – including grandstand seating, camping, and fan hospitality --- that was purchased in advance, directly from the raceway, on the ticket holder’s account will be eligible for an event credit.
Q: I bought tickets through another source, can I still get an event credit or refund?
A: If you purchased through a third party, please reach out to the third-party seller for their refund policy.
Q: How do I get a refund for the rest of my race weekend travel?
A: Fans will need to work directly with airlines, hotels, etc. for any such possible arrangements.
