We want you to have a great race day experience! That starts with helping you plan your route for the quickest and easiest parking at Richmond Raceway. Here are some tips to help our guests arrive quickly and safely:

Traffic patterns may change throughout the day, based on traffic flow and parking availability. For updated traffic and parking information on race day, please follow HENRICO POLICE ON TWITTER: @HENRICOPOLICE.
If you have a parking pass, please have it displayed on your mobile device BEFORE arriving at Richmond Raceway. Your parking pass will be scanned on entry to the parking lot.
Save time on race day and help keep your crew together by carpooling to and from the track.

For quick entry into the lot, please hang your handicapped parking permit on your rearview mirror before you arrive at Richmond Raceway.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at Gates 2, 6 and the Service Gate.

Service Gate - 3847 Richmond-Henrico Turnpike
From westbound Laburnum Avenue: Turn right onto Richmond-Henrico Tpk then right into the Service Gate
From eastbound Laburnum Avenue: Turn left onto Richmond-Henrico Tpk then right into the Service Gate

If you park in an ADA lot, you are only allowed to occupy one space for your use.
Depending on your time of arrival, you may be directed to alternate handicapped parking in one of our satellite lots if the parking lots closest to the track become full.
Guests with handicapped parking permits should know:
- Guests CANNOT use a handicapped parking permit unless the person to whom it is issued is the driver of or passenger in your vehicle.
  A valid photo ID will be required for entry into the ADA lots.
  The permit must be hung on the rearview mirror when the vehicle is parked in the disabled parking area.
  Both sides of the parking permit must display valid decals (month/year and driver’s license number).
  Parking permit number must be displayed toward the front of the windshield.
  Handicapped license plates accompanied with a photo ID may be used in lieu of a parking permit.
  According to Virginia law, unlawful use of a parking permit is a Class Two Misdemeanor.
  Refusal to cooperate with law enforcement officers implementing this program can result in removal from the property

Please note that law enforcement officers will be verifying that the person to whom the permit is issued is either the driver of or a passenger in the vehicle.

Enter through Gate 2 on 700 E. Laburnum Avenue.

GROUP TAILGATE ATTENDEES and GUESTS

Group Tailgate Attendees follow General Parking instructions
General Parking is provided in LOT D and LOT J (first come, first serve).
LOT D- via GATE 4 at 810 E. Laburnum Avenue for free parking (first come, first serve).
LOT J - via GATES 14 and 15 at 5900 Richmond-Henrico Turnpike for free parking (open NASCAR Cup Series race day only). Complimentary climate control bus shuttles to pick up and drop off area.

Charter and Commercial Buses Only

Enter through Gate 4 at 810 E. Laburnum Avenue.

RIDESHARE

If you are looking to use rideshare options such as Uber or Lyft, the drop off and pickup location will be in the circle at Main Gate. Use 600 E. Laburnum Avenue

PREMIUM PARKING Available only for NASCAR Cup Series race day, the Premium Parking pass is conveniently located near our Fan Zone and restrooms are nearby.

Campgrounds: All campgrounds are located on property outside of the track gates. - See Campground Maps Parking: There are designated parking areas for general parking, media marking, ADA, commercial bus, motorcycle, and premium parking. Pedestrian Tunnel: Virginia Is For Lovers Infield FanGrounds can be accessed through the pedestrian tunnel located between Commonwealth grandstands and Veranda grandstands. Tunnel access faces ticket gate 40. Vehicle Tunnel: This area is restricted and required credentials for entry. Vehicle tunnel is located near turn 3 on the backstretch. Fan Zone: Free festival area located just outside the frontstretch track gates and on Commonwealth Mall area leading to/from Parking Lot D.
